Alongside the implementation of historical projects, the company's main objective remains the same – to help investors realize their construction projects by combining tradition and innovation.

Some important dates and achievements of our company
1957
Company was established in Tallinn by the Estonian government, the company managed and oversaw city-funded construction projects.
1957-1997
As a state-owned company, TLE played a key role in the development of essential infrastructure such as residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, and public facilities.
1993
Completion of the Tallinn National Library project.
1997
After a few reorganisations in the 90s, Tallinna Linna Ehituse AS was established.
1999
City sold the company, establishing Tallinna Linna Ehituse AS as a private company.
2015
Implementation of certified quality and environmental management systems according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
2017
Implementation of certified quality and environmental management systems according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
2019
Completion of the Tallinn Music Academy concert hall project.
